    Hi!

After updating a website to the latest version, I get the following error:

    https://[redacted].ch/dienstleistung/bodenverlegung/https%3A%2F%2Fmoderate4.cleantalk.org%2Fpixel%2F5d5e85f6cb4c01d4e5728811163035e7.gif 404

This happens on all websites I’ve recently updated. It looks like it’s somehow forcing the page URL into the pixel URL.

I am using LiteSpeed Cache, but “cleantalk” is added to all exclusion rules for media, JS and CSS.

The error goes away when I disable the pixel feature in Advanced Settings, but I’d like to keep the IP detection via CleanTalk pixel.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello.

Please, reinstall the plugin. ( Download link: https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip)

Here is a guide for you:

    1. Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.
    2. Find the plugin “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate.
    3. After the automatic page refreshing find the plugin again “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Delete. Confirm “Yes, delete these files”.
    4. Download the plugin archive from the link above.
    5. Go to Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin.
    6. Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.
