actually i saw that earlier, but if you type in http://my.msn.com/addtomymsn.armx?id=rss&ut=http://www.25hoursaday.com/weblog/SyndicationService.asmx/GetRss&ru=http://www.25hoursaday.com/weblog

for example it asks you to sign in. so my question is can this be even pinged? or is that a moot point
