PHP script/MySQL query to change catagory

    just wandering if somebody could write me a small php script or a SQl query to make it that ther eis only one post in the catagory “headlines” at one time, and only 4 post in the catagory “subheadlines”, and once there is two psots in “headlines”, the oldest post gets moved to subheadlines and the oldest psot in subheadlinse is bumped out.

    the catagory number for headlines is 2, and subheadlines is 3.

    this would be an extremely useful hack for me as i’m not too good with PHP, jsut xhtml and CSS 🙂

    any help would be appreciated, thanks.
