Which web development server are you using (e.g WAMP)?
I am not sure I know that everything is done through Instant WordPress.

Where did you get “Instant WordPress” from?
Downloaded it from http://www.instantwp.com/ and spoke with the developer Seamus.

We can only advise you contact them, I don’t think they are associated with WordPress(.org) nor their “Instant WordPress” product.

Here’s their documentation: http://www.instantwp.com/documentation/ and contact form: http://www.instantwp.com/install-wordpress-locally/contact/
I know they are not associated with WordPress but with millions of people using it and people like yourself, volunteering, I thought that someone might have an idea on how to fix the problem with PHP and MYSQL.
Thank you so much for your help.
Can someone else that knows how to fix problems with PHP installation missing MYSQL please help me?
Thank you.
It’s still a third-party product – so we have no way to support it here. What did the developer tell you? What OS are you trying to use it on?
Have you gotten WP running at all?
Thank you WPyogi, he said that something changed and told me to download it again but doing so gives me a fresh start and I am not able to get back to the site I created.
I didn’t change anything but the developer has a new version so perhaps something went wrong, not sure.
I am using Windows Vista. The browser is Internet Explorer.
No WP is not running at all and I am worried, it has been several days not woring.
Instant WordPress is an easier way to install WordPress, after signing in, it goes directly to WordPress Dashboard.
From research there could be a problem in php.ini but I do not know how to fix that.
Yes, I know what it is – but have not used it at all – I’m a Mac user.
but doing so gives me a fresh start and I am not able to get back to the site I created.
So is the new version working? If not, I’m not sure that anyone here can help you with it.
You could use another way of running WP locally.
Okay, the new version worked when I first downloaded it but it is doing the same thing as the older version, PHP installation missing MYSQL.
Can you please tell me another way of running WP locally. I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.
How could I get everything I did under Instant WP?
