PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: hash_equals()

    Hi,
    Sometimes when i try to access the admin area (wp-admin), i got the bellow error randomly, it comes and goes by itself, in the error log i have this :

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: hash_equals(): Argument #1 ($known_string) must be of type string, null given in /home/website/wp-includes/pluggable.php:2432, referer https://www.example.com/wp-login ….

    I disabled all plugings and still have the same error

    Could you please help me to fix this error?
