On a random check of the PHP log, the plugin (v5.5.11) is generating this error:

It’s happened once a day for the past 4 days. Can’t say when it started, I can’t remember when I last cleared the log out. I have not noticed any issues but thought I’d report it.

    Hi @zimbo000,

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

BD 5.5.x runs on PHP 5.6 or higher. Can you please confirm if your server is running PHP 5.6 or better?

We’ve seen a number of errors with people’s sites where they had an unsupported version of PHP. WordPress itself now requires PHP 5.6 and higher as well.

    Please let me know.

The site is running PHP 7.3.

There have been 3 more errors today since I posted the thread, at 02:52, 09:44 and 12:52 hrs.

    Hi @zimbo000,

First, we just released version 5.5.12 tonight–I would start by upgrading to that and seeing if you still have the same issue.

If you still do, then that is definitely unexpected. Can you please contact us here with a link to this forum thread so we can look into this ASAP?

I have just upgraded and will track the PHP log over the next day and let you know the result.

    Hi @zimbo000,

My developer informed me that this should definitely be fixed by the 5.5.12 upgrade–let me know if you see otherwise.

There have been no further errors in the PHP log so it appears to be fixed.
