PHP Error in logs

I’m running PHP 7.1 and seeing this error message being logged:

PHP Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in ...../themes/evolve/library/functions/basic-functions.php on line 1430

There is no problem with theme function, just the error message — however, I checked the code and saw that the error is within an “if” statement related to site layout, so it might be the sort of problem that would prevent rendering of certain layouts.

This does seem to be a PHP 7.1 issue, due to a change in coding protocols.

So I am just reporting it here for now (no support needed as my site runs fine, just throwing off the unwanted error message)
