PHP code for WP Sliding | Register Panel? Login button not appearing

I’m trying to get the image banner to appear in my login bar. It appears on the registration page, however it doesn’t appear in the login drop-down menu.

I tried using the shortcode, however that didn’t work. Just trying to maintain consistency across the site.
