PHP APP fired in Wrodpress…

Hi ppl,

I am new to WP. I was wanting to change the content on my main page in WP. I wanted to program PHP to randomly load content on the first page on my website.

When I tried to copy and paste my old proggies into the CMS, WP removes it and parses nothing from PHP!

Are there any how to’s on PHP & WP and making them easier to edit?

I know all WP CMS docs go into a MYSQL DB..am I lookin at this from a wrong perspective?
