You want to edit the “Description” of each photo.
Follow this navigation progression:
Admin panel –> Gallery –> Manage Gallery –>
Now you should be at the “Gallery Overview” page.
From the list of galleries, select the gallery that you want to edit.
The top of this page you should see:
Gallery : (title of gallery)
for example, if the title of the gallery was “Flowers”, then the edit page title should read:
Gallery : Flowers
Below the Gallery settings table (module), is the image editor module.
The headings for the first 4 columns is (from left to right):
ID – Thumbnail – Filename – Alt & Title Text / Description
Under Alt & Title Text / Description heading, you’ll see two rectangular boxes on top of each other. The TOP box is for an alternate (Alt) title. The box below it is the Description box.
The DESCRIPTION box is where you enter the text that you want to display over each photo.

Another question,
how can i move these infopanes between the thumbnails and the slideshow. I don’t want them on the slideshow picture.
