Phantom Pages Appearing

Hi all-

I’m having a situation where there are two contact pages listed in my menu. I created one of these pages myself and the other simply appeared. I thought it had something to do with the contact forms plugin I installed (although I doubted it because I’ve used it before on different sites and it hasn’t caused a problem) so I deactivated and then deleted it to no avail. Additionally, I deleted the page from my admin and still, there are two contact pages appearing. Thought maybe a cacheing issue so cleared cache and nothing. There are still two contact pages appearing in my page menu.

I’m using the thematic theme.

Any thoughts on this?
