Woocommerce: Persistent “Sync failed. Please try again” message.

Hi, I’ve recently started experiencing sync issues with Square where a manual sync always results in a “Sync failed” alert. I’ve been trying to resolve a background processing issue via my hosting provider and having this option is critical

I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting to Square, deactivating potential problem plugins, and running it from Scheduled Actions. Would greatly appreciate any further guidance. Many thanks!

Hi there!

I understand you’re having trouble syncing with Square. This forum is specifically for assistance with core WooCommerce features, and Square isn’t one of the core features that come with WooCommerce.

For help with Square, can you please create a post in https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-square/

Along with that, please also add details on if you’ve successfully fixed the problem with background processing by reaching out to your web host. Without that, sync wouldn’t work.
