Hey there,

I have a website running WooCommerce and am having an issue with the persistent cart.

After adding items to their cart — especially for guests — the cart clears after 1-2 days. Is there anyway to extend this time and hold the customer’s items longer?

Hello Anthony @sitenex,

It looks like WooCommerce clears customer sessions after 48 hours of inactivity and so the cart items will be removed.

If you’d like to control cart sessions, you can use Clear Cart and Sessions for WooCommerce.
