I tried using Duplicator but got this error (screenshot below) and I cannot figure out how to fix it. Do you have any solutions? My hosting is with iPage if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the link but I’ve already gone through that and still can’t figure out how to resolve this issue unfortunately.

That link has pretty much all the suggestions I know of… Have tried to contacting your hosting provider for clues?
