  • I am not experiencing the add to cart issue. The button seems to work no matter where I click it.

    Is this because you reverted to the old permalink settings?

    Can you change back so I can see the issue?

    Yes, i revert to old permalink setting but i change it now so u can see.

    I’m not sure what’s causing this, but I’ve sent this thread to the theme developer so he can take a look.

    In the mean time, be sure that you’ve ruled out any plugins. I would go through each of your plugins and deactivate one by one to see if the issue goes away when a certain plugin is shut off.

    It sounds like it’s an issue with ajax on your server not actually functioning to add the products. You can test that by going into the woocommerce settings and turning off ajax add to cart.

    If that works it means the ajax url isn’t working and my only guess for that would be a conflicting plugin or an actual setting on your server.

    It’s didn’t work but nevermind, i will set it to “default” settings. Now, i also think that is server issue. I try this locally and it’s working.
