Permalinks glitch

I need a little bit of help, I’m struggling with an issue on my website – http://www.samstjohn.me

I want to have portfolio items be issued a URL like:

http://www.samstjohn.me/yours-clothing

but instead I’m getting

http://www.samstjohn.me/foliocat/yours-clothing/

I’ve gone into the settings and more specifically the permalinks settings and changed them around a few times but i cant seem to get what I’m after, does anyone know why?

Currently im rocking the ‘post name’ option for issuing permalinks, but this is giving me the annoying little ‘foliocat’ piece.

Any advice will be gratefully received
