All of a sudden all the internal links to my own website stopped working, giving an error as if the files are not there. Permalinks, Categories, “Read the rest of this entry” etc, none of it is working.

But still, if I go into admin, I can actually find and edit all of my old archived articles, but even if I re-publish them they do not appear on my website. Anyone have any idea what might be going on and how to rectify it? Check it out at:

  • What happened right before this “all of a sudden” event?

Lots of trouble-shooting ideas at the Permalinks page.

I change my permalinks option from “default” to name and date base, same thing happen when on other option (eg. Numeric, Custom, etc.)

When you made the change, did your .htaccess file get updated? Or, on the bottom of the Permalinks page, did WordPress tell you what needs to be added?

I don’t have access on my .htaccess file, i’m hosted by Yahoo. Nothing appears on the bottom of the permalinks page when i made changes on the option… All links are working when on “default” option.

Here’s what I did thinking it would fix the problem, i activated a Permalinks plugin (from yahoo webhosting) but still nothing happen.
