permalinks?

Hi, is there a way to use the plugin published to switch between languages in the front-end without losing track of the rest of the permalink?(I thought that adding language at the permalink is supported)

*in faq you say a custom field can be added?Which plugin(providing custom fields) is combatible?(I use ACF)
