performance score test not working

I run the test to see the performance score, but it stays at 99%, it does not progress.

Hummingbird uses Google API, so could you please check whether running a Google Page Speed works fine or not on your side too?
It’s tough to say what might be causing the issue without knowing the website URL, if its an issue specific to the Hummingbird Performance score then if possible please do share the domain URL so that we could check further if needed.

I tested this on my site and I wasn’t able to replicate this issue.
Can you try re-installing plugin and check if you have any cache (on website and/or on the server) and if yes, clear it an then run the scan again?

KasiaI have to run the test twice in a row, back-to-back, in order to get new results to show. I have reinstalled a few times and used other plugins. Each time I reinstall HB, this happens. Additionally, each page in HB settings needs to be refreshed before changing settings because the page is stale for some reason.

We aren’t able to replicate any such issues when tested on our side. Could we know whether you tried clearing cache? Which includes server-side cache too?
If its already performed and it appears stuck then please do run a conflict test and see whether it helps with ruling out where the issue is.
