Per-Category Title/Meta Info

    Was wondering if anyone knew of a plugin that allowed me to set a “per-category” title/header tags, so this way i can have the page title be related to the category, same as the meta tags (description, keywords, etc). Any ideas other than hackign an ugly “if (in_category(N)) { … }” ?
