PDF invoice product description/image missing | WordPress.org

Good day

With regards to my ecommerce site https://soartrend.co.za
Whenever an order is placed, the PDF invoice sent through to customer as well as invoice received by vendor comes up displaying everything perfectly, however completely excludes the item/s purchased, product title, price or even image.

This is quite unfortunate, I’m sorry that’s happening. 🙁

Which hosting provider are you using? I ask because we’ve seen this before with certain hosting providers, where it is a DomPDF issue caused by how PHP is configured on your server:

Hello again @moniquescott1,

Upon further investigation, it seems you could have been encountering this issue because your order may have been empty at the time?
Were you able to see any of the order’s items/products in the associated WooCommerce email?
