PDF Invoice Date Customization

    We need to have booster set the invoice date in the PDF invoice as the date the order was marked completed. How would we do this? We are currently using the [wcj_invoice_date] short code. This has become an issue due to any older orders prior to the booster plugin installation that we generate PDF invoices for has the invoice date as the current date. This is confusing our customers. Thanks!
