I have taken a look at your site, and the PDF appears in by browser exactly as it does when I view the PDF in my computer’s native viewing software.
The PDF is embedded at quite a narrow width in your site though, and so of course it is harder to read when it is smaller. If I reduce the native viewing software window to the same width, the appearance is the same.

You could try widening the column on the page so that the embedded PDF takes up more of the screen – it will be clearer then.
