• I use AIOSEO (free) together with “Participants Database”.
When a user has to update their record, they get an error message after <save>; “No record found”.
If I disable AIOSEO I will be notified; “Your information is up to date”.
Is there any conflict between PD and AIOSEO?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Yes, that sounds like a conflict, however, I am not familiar with the plugin you’re using, so I can’t comment specifically.

The message you’re seeing suggests that the URL is getting altered so that when the page reloads, it can’t find the record (the access code for the record is normally found in the URL). You don’t mention whether the update is successful or not, that would be important information.

I suggest you pay attention to the URL when updating a record on the frontend, and if it is getting changed so the record can’t reload, contact support for the other plugin and ask if there is a way to avoid this.
