I’m having a problem where people who go to donate via guest on PayPal are getting a error that says “Something went wrong. We couldn’t process this donation Please try again later, this could just be a temporary glitch.”

When someone donates using a PayPal login instead of guest, it goes through.

Is there something that could be done on the plugin side of things?

Hi @danielhf

Once the donor is taken away to PayPal, whatever happens on their site is out of our control. It sounds like something in the PayPal account is not allowing for Cards to be entered there.

We on the GiveWP side have no way of troubleshooting that.
