PayPal payment method disappeared

Good morning,
I have a little problem.. on WooCommerce in the Payment Methods PayPal is not present.. so I can’t add it? why?A thousand thanks

Sorry for asking, I’m not sure if I am understanding correctly. Do you mean when you navigate to WooCommerce > settings > payments is Paypal not present?
The WordPress plugin repository include some Paypal plugins, to clarify which one you are referring to please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

first of all thank you very much ^^
I did as he suggested with “Copy for support” and posted it.When I go to WooCommerce –> Settings –> Payments
I only see Bank Transfer, Payments by Check and Payments on Delivery.. Also there is also another item “WooCommerce Payments” where on the right there is an Install button but I don’t think there is PayPal inside
I saw that from WooCommerce 5.5 PayPal Standard is hidden and that the snippet should be added

Only that I have the Astra child Theme and in the Theme Editor I only know 2 files.. style.css and template-config.phpI have the funxtions.php file if I select the Parent Theme that is Astra..

Are you referring to the PayPal Payments plugin here since I am not seeing it under your active plugins list, hence, you are not seeing it as well under
WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.If so, you can download the plugin from here: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-paypal-payments/

Kindly be informed that since WooCommerce version 5.5.0, PayPal Standard is hidden for new installations. This change doesn’t affect existing stores. We strongly encourage everyone using PayPal standard to use the recommended PayPal Payments extension instead, which is our full-stack solution (credit card processing, PayPal checkout, subscriptions, pay later options, etc).

Or you can use a plugin like Code Snippets to add custom PHP code into your site without directly accessing the functions.php file. Here is an article that explains how to use the Code Snippets plugin.
