Paypal integration setup

    Hi there, I am developing a plugin where I need to integrate Paypal Instance Payment system. I googled for any articles about it but all I get is plugins. Can someone please guide me where should i start?

    EDIT: I am currently developing a plugin for my client where I need to put some functionality like milestone payment system. User creates milestone payment and pay them. Same like Freelancer website. Can someone tell me if I don’t need to create a plugin for that? Any help would be appreciated.
