You probably need support from whichever plugin you are using. Click the details button from the plugins page in your dashboard and look for a support link on their plugin page.

We can’t support most of the plugins directly here in this forum as we don’t have access to many of them and haven’t used them. But there should be a support forum for most any plugin listed here at WordPress dot org.
