    Hi,

    I had few orders which worked perfectly on the site through square, Then I got issue with this one particular order for which the status remains “Payment Pending” instead of “Processing” in Woocommerce backend. I can see the customer have been charged in square dashboard. But there is no progress with the status in backend and also no invoice has been processed. No order notes are generated for this particular order as well.

    Could you, without giving away any sensitive data, share a screenshot of the order notes you see in that order, as well as any info visible under the Order #xxx details caption at the top of the Order Edit screen?

    Either upload the screenshots to your media library and share the direct links with us, or you can use a service like Droplr or CloudApp and share the links with us here.

    Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us?
    You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Paste the result here in your reply.
