Could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this thread? You can get it from your dashboard by going to WooCommerce—> Status.

Hey there!
Your first step would be to check with the support for the payment gateway plugin you are using, as they would have more insight into how it should be set up (that is mostly the issues we see with this message, the payment method is not setup properly).
The System Status Report should be pasted in it’s entirety in threads.
