Payment Form Not Showing

I have built a form with PayPal payments attached, but it will not show up on the front end when embeded. I have checked and there are no console errors I can see. I have also tried putting another form without payments in the field and it works fine. Not sure why, but I cannot add a form with PayPal activated.
