    Hi there!

I understand your concern, especially since customers are unable to complete purchases on your site.

To help us investigate this properly, could you please share a few more details:

    • What issue are you facing when trying to process a payment?
Do you see any error message, or does nothing happen after clicking Place order?
    • Are you able to see payment methods on the checkout page?
If yes, which payment method(s) do you currently have enabled?
    • What exactly happens on checkout from a customer’s side?
For example: payments not loading, checkout error, order not completing, etc.
    • Was everything working fine before?
If so, did you make any recent changes to your site (plugin updates, new plugins, hosting/server changes, or settings changes) after which the issue started appearing?

Also, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Hi there,

Thank you for sharing the system status report and error log. Currently, everything appears fine in both the report and the log. However, when I checked your site, I encountered a 403 server error, which might be caused by your cache plugin or another plugin.

To help resolve this, could you please:

    1. Deactivate your cache plugin and see if the issue is resolved.
    2. If the issue persists, run a conflict test:
      • Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and your Stripe gateway.
      • Switch to a default WordPress theme.
      • Check if the issue still occurs.

For detailed instructions on how to run a conflict test, you can use this guide:
    How to Test for Conflicts

I also recommend performing the conflict test on a staging site so your live site remains unaffected. You can create a staging site using your hosting provider’s tools or a plugin such as:
    WP Staging

Please let us know what you find after these steps so we can assist you further.
