Pasting Common Variable in WordPress Posts

Hello,
I have a very common span tag with a special class that I use to make the words big and green to signify a price whenever I post a WordPress post. Is there anyway to make something in the visual editor, like a button, where I can just click, and the span class is automatically applied?
