[password_url] doesn’t work

When i create a notification i dont want the user the copy en past a change password url so i made a hyper link linking to shortcode [password_url]. But when the user clicks on this link it is opening the link without :

It opens link –> http://https//digi-courses.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=XXXXXXXXXXXXX
instead of –> https://digi-courses.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I disabled all other plugins en switch back to the default theme, all without result.
