Password Viewing

    Hello everyone,

    I am using WordPress as an Intranet and need access to my users passwords they are using. I have given them the option to change there own password. But I want to be able to view them incase I have to access there account on there behalf.

    I have done some research and can’t find anything. Is this even possible?
