Password reset link don't work

    i have installed the plugin and make sure both option below are unchecked,
    1. Enable Custom E-mail
    2. Enable Custom Passwords

    But I’m still receiving error message, “our password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.” when i click to reset my password. Please advice.

    Currently on bluehost.
