Password

I can’t log into my word press accounts. And when I try to e-mail my self the password I get error message “The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…” anyone know any other work around to this I am not sure why my password isn’t the same to post here as it is for my word press account.
