Parsing XML feed to WordPress

I’m trying to parse the following feed to use in a wordpress blog. Basically, I’m just trying to display portions of the information on my sidebar. I’ve tried using Magpie RSS to parse it but it doesn’t appear to be working because its not true RSS. Basically the data will change all the time and I just need my site to display the current information.
