Maybe you have some custom security plugins or .htpasswd protection which blocks calback from OneDrive?

I already tried with and without the ending /slash.
I also just tried with completely cleaning the .htaccess file that had some entries from Better WP security plugin but that didn’t work either.
Will now try on new fresh test installation and check again.
I also left a message at OneDrive API support forum and will see if that gives something.

I just installed on a fresh WP site, without any plugins installed, and I get the same results….
Yes, the plugin is great, problem is with OneDrive.
Unfortunately, the authors can connect to work. Maybe Onedrive can answer

go to
Windows Live application management
and set
Enhanced redirection security: Disabled
In next version we will try to make use of this option as this is a new option which was not available during plugin first development.
