Hi kelkirpi,
this error means you need to update your php version to 5.3 or higher. Please check your hosting admin panel or contact hosting provider.Ok, I’ll do it.. Thanks for quick support. And this brillant plugin.
Thanks – happy to hear it!
let me know how it goes.I Upgrade to my php version to php 5.4 and my site is down.. 500 internal error. After i do php 5.3. And it’s okey..
But there is another error. After 1.9.2 update, all tabs are stayed open.
take a look: http://i.hizliresim.com/QXp3qV.jpg
site was running initially after updating to 1.9.3.1 but then 500 internal server error, deactivated jigoshop and tried to reactivate plugin but then got the same syntax error as kelkirpi above. Unable to activate jigoshop plugin at the moment.
I upgrade my Php version to 5.3. And now update the plugin to 1.9.3.1
Ta da.. There is no problem π
@seannevo – can you check which php version you.ve got? 5.3 is required
if I’m looking at the right place then my host is running php 5.4.28
if possible – try with 5.3.x – it may be the case that some things don’t work yet with 5.4
@optart – I was able to activate jigoshop after reverting back to an older back-up version 1.8.4.
I changed the PHP version down to 5.3, also while trying to get my site up and running I was restricted by my host due to too many processes running. So now not sure whether I should try upgrading jigoshop again to 1.9.3.1?
Thank you for your help.yes if you have 5.3 you can try upgrading
too late, my website was taken down by the host π
that sounds strange. if you’d look for alternative hosting – contact us via support@jigoshop.com, we have some packages in preparation
Thank you, I’ll be very interested to know more about your hosting packages. My host is adamant that I either install super cache, sign up to cloudflare, or get a dedicated server. My website has been down for a full day now and they won’t restore it, can’t even access the dashboard. Extremely frustrating. The website in question is http://cheapoz.com.au/
I have now been banned from two hosts. It seems like it might be an issue with the theme i’m currently using (maya shop) but I really can’t tell for sure.
My question is, can someone point me in the right direction as to where I could find a good selection of Jigoshop compatible themes?
Alternatively, is there anyone on here who would be able to take a look at my website and figure out why it is such resource hungry? (and get paid for it of course)
Cheers.### Begin System Info ###
