I was trying to change the menu font and all of a sudden my page was down. I’m sure I did something, but I don’t know what and most importantly is that I don’t know how to fix it. Please help.

This is the message that I am getting,

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’ in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas13_data03/66/3081566/html/wp-content/themes/spectra-child/functions.php on line 5

    website is JosephGuimaraes.com

    Thanks

I cant access my website to make modifications to it, I have been reading about http://FTP.. is this how I would go about doing this? or is there another, simpler way?

    Hi there,

You need to get access to your website in order to fix this error and make further changes, a metaphor for this would be: “You need to open your hood to fix your car engine”. Get yourself familiar about accessing your website via FTP with a FTP client: https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients

    Cheers
