Parent Theme Missing needs to be reinstalled

    Hello one and all,

    I downloaded a theme called Ubercop version1.0. When I went into themes in WordPress, it indicated that the child had been installed but not the parent. I have a copy of the entire program in a compressed format. Do I just reinstall or do I need to delete, then reinstall? Thanks!!!
