Hi,
First of all, please try to remove ‘WidgetPack’ integration from this page https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools and make ‘Log In with Facebook’ in the plugin again. In the login popup, agree all permissions and after popup closed you should see the all pages under the login button in the plugin.
Seems, you didn’t agree permission for this FB page in the first time and it was cached in Facebook.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks!
Hello,
Thank you for the quick response. I’ve just removed the WidgetPack integration and pressed the button again and it did come up with more options this time which I ticked all, but I can still only see the main pages and not any of the location pages
Best regards,
Aimee
Hi,
Are you sure that your FB account has an admin right for this child page?
Could you send link to this page?
Thanks!
Hello,
Well it’s one of our customers FB pages, but I believe so as when I go into a child page it lets me add posts etc and edit the pages
Parent page: https://www.facebook.com/letsinstructdrivinglessons.co.uk
The locations/child pages: https://www.facebook.com/pg/letsinstructdrivinglessons.co.uk/locations/?ref=page_internal
One of the child pages: https://www.facebook.com/letsinstructislamnaz/
Best regards,
Aimee
Hi,
Hmm, I don’t think so. You need to ask your customer that they will add your FB account to the admins of the child page, after this try to remove ‘WidgetPack’ again and make ‘Log In with Facebook’ in the plugin.
Let me know how that goes.
PS: As far as I know, the admin right is different for all pages – parent or child and if you have admin right for the parent page, it does not mean that your FB account has the same rights for the child page.
Thanks!
Hello, sorry for the late response, does this screenshot help? Would he be able to see these child pages/locations without admin right?

Hi,
If your FB account does not have an admin right for some FB page, you can’t show the reviews through the plugin on the third-party site from this page.
Sorry, it’s a limitation of Facebook (itself), not the plugin.
Thanks!
