    Hi, I’d like to shift the main menu to be right justified (it’s currently left justified).

    I have little coding knowledge but I suppose the changes would need to happen on the style.css file?

    Generally yes, but without seeing the site, no way to offer much specific help. Try using Firebug to work with CSS, and note that changes should be made in a custom CSS option or plug-in or Child Theme so that they are not overwritten when the theme is updated.
