    I get you’re frustrated (premium support request to escalate, bad review) but this is not the type of question that should be asked on this community forum.

    We only support WooCommerce core on this forum. We’re not allowed to support premium plugins and themes on this forum as per the forum guidelines.

    If you’re not happy with the extension you have, ask for a refund. jobs.wordpress.net is a place you can use to get paid for help if you want that or want a custom solution built.
