Pagination not working

I am running wordpress.org network on takeastand.org, and I am trying to pull up all entry under the blog category, the link http://takeastand.org/blog/category/blog/ works, but when the page is full http://takeastand.org/blog/category/blog/page/2 show 404
any idea why? I am showing the archive.php below
