• Hello!

I’ll kick this off by saying how fantastic wordpress is. I just put my site up yesterday — http://www.kencauley.com

I have one problem, at the moment. My Pages do not seem to want to work.
    http://www.kencauley.com/about/

As you can see, it says page not found – server error. When in my admin panel, I can modify and save the page, but also not view it. When I build a new page, I can not view that page either.

Am I doing something wrong and if so, can somebody please push me in right direction?

    Regards,

    Ken

  • Your Permalinks aren’t working. Single post view, category view also have the same issue.

If you go to Options -> Permalinks and set permalinks to default, do the links all start working? If so, then check out the troubleshooting stuff on the Permalinks page. In particular, confirm that your host has mod_rewrite -and- AllowOverride set.

[edit: I notice you’re on a redhat server. I could be off base, but by default they tend to NOT have AllowOverride enabled by default]

    HandySolo,

I changed permalinks to default… and that apparently did the trick!

    Thank you so much!!
