Pages Messed Up?

I have noticed that my pages are messed up, as evidenced by the fact that I can’t do anything. I tried adding a simple contact form and this is what I get:

I can’t even write a simple about me because it refuses to let me add new paragraphs no matter what I try to do. Has to be something with the coding! Can someone help me please?
