Pages do not appear in menu option

    I am trying to create a menu to add to my navigation bar and the existing pages (I have five) do not show up at options to add to the menu. I have removed all plugins, made all updates and reverted to the default theme and it still does not work. What shoudl I do?

    Please list all the exact steps using the exact technical information. ie I click on the blah menu link, select X, do Y and then Z happens. From your description/explanation so far it is hard to tell exactly what you are referring to. it could be the default WP Core Appearances menu or it could be plugins or themes. No way to really tell what you are referring to at this point.
