How do I edit the page that appears when I click on ‘Home’ in the top menu bar ?

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading.

Decide if you want your front page to be either Your Latest Posts or a static page. If you choose static, then you need to specify what page you want. You will also need to specify an alternate page to have your posts on.
